Buy with Confidence

1) All items listed in the webshop are actually on stock. We do not offer support for back orders of unavailable items.
2) All prices include VAT and are considered to be correct at the moment an item is listed in the webshop. We aim to keep prices low throughout the time that an item is listed.
3) We reserve the right to update prices and specifications at any time and without prior notice in case change of supply or exchange rates forces us to do so.
4) All items in our webshop can be viewed by appointment after contacting us.

Postage / Collection / Delivery

1) Orders up to 30Kg (or 20Kg outside the EU) can be delivered by post at additional costs. The postage costs will depend on the weight of the ordered items and your location.
2) We will take care to post items within 7 days after payment is completed.
3) Certain items are too lumpy to be posted. Such cases are explicitly indicated in the description of these items. To collect lumpy items in person, please contact us.
4) In some cases, it might be possible to bring ordered items to you at an event. When such service is desirable, please contact us.

Privacy

1) Completing an order requries providing some personal details such as a postal and email address. The Dutch law prohibits any use of this information other than to process the order. It is however allowed to use your address details to notify you about our products, in particular when you indicated to receive newsletters. We will not use your order detail for any other purposes and they will not be forwarded to any third party.

Payment

1) We offer three possibilities for payment, being bank transfer (by means of an IBAN number), cash on collection or PayPal.
2) Completing an order merely confirms that you have reserved an item. As long as payment is not fulfilled, we remain owner of the item.
3) Payment should be completed within 14 days of an order. In case you fail to do so, the order is cancelled.

Warrenty / Liability

1) There is no warrenty whatsoever on any of the offered items unless explicitly stated.
2) We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipment.
3) Items are described as good as possible. In case a description turns out to be incomplete and/or incorrect, it is possible to return the involved item as explained below.
4) We are not liable for anything that happens to an item from the moment that we post it. This includes how you fit an item to your car. We are happy to provide fitting instructions if desired.

Returns

In case products prove to be unsuitable, they can be returned within 14 days after the item has been posted, collected or delivered subject to the following conditions:

1) The item is in the same condition as when it was ordered. This means that the item has not been modified or damaged in any way. This condition also holds for the original packaging material (e.g., BMC boxes) of NOS items that are packed with such material.
2) Returned items should be accompanied with your name, address, order details and a reason for the return. The latter will allow us to improve our service to you and others.
3) Satisfying the above conditions will lead to a full refund of returned items, excluding any postage costs. Refunds will be performed within 7 days after the items are returned to us.
