Problems with your gearbox? We can rebuild any Mini manual gearbox. Two types of rebuilds are offered: budget and full. Next to rebuilding the complete gear set, full rebuilds include fitting a centre oil pick-up pipe. A budget rebuild does not cover new bearings for 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears, rebuilding of the differential and no centre oil pick-up pipe. Next to upgrading to close ratio (C/R) or straight cut (S/C) gears, we can upgrade the drop gear set and differential to a different type (contact us for the possibilities and prices).
The following tables list our gearbox rebuilding prices, which are based on the exchange of a similar serviceable gearbox (casing and gears should be reusable). If no gearbox is exchanged, the full surcharge applies. Exchanging a gearbox with damage to the gears or casing is possible but then the surcharge applies partially depending on severity.
